Bethany is chair of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility committee and sits on the Graduate Recruitment committee.

- Contentious probate disputes including challenges to validity, claims under the Inheritance Act and removing executors
- Intellectual Property disputes relating to passing off, copyright infringement and trade mark registrations
- Professional negligence claims across a range of professions
- Contractual and misrepresentation claims
- Shareholder/director disputes
- Property disputes including boundary disputes, interference with/ enforcement of rights and adverse possession applications.

Completed the Associate Membership Course for the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate (ACTAPS) in 2023

Outside of the office
Bethany enjoys going to the theatre, trips to the beach and pottering around the allotment she shares with her parents.
