Jonathan Bone

Jonathan is experienced in a variety of areas of Commercial Property. He particularly enjoys developing a thorough understanding of sites comprising a number of registered titles and providing prompt commercial and pragmatic advice; whether that be in respect of investment sales or acquisitions, portfolio management or development sites.

Experience

• Acting in the negotiation of complex conditional agreement for lease documentation for development of chemical plants on Humberside including inputting into Humber Freeport Site Specific documentation.
• Representing promoter/developer clients in relation to optioning land or conditional contracts and subsequent sales on to developers and dealing with complex collaboration agreements.
• For a number of years working as principal point of contact for a large industrial landlord dealing with investment sales and acquisitions, portfolio refinances, complex landlord and tenant documentation including development obligations, lease regears and routine landlord and tenant and portfolio management work.

Outside of the office
Jonathan enjoys DIY and spending time with family and friends.
