Julie Adams

Julie specialises in property litigation and has over 15 years post qualification experience.

She has acted on both residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, including acting for landlords with large property portfolios. She is experienced in all aspects of tenancy management including dilapidations and break notice cases. Julie provides both commercial and pragmatic advice to aid her clients in resolving disputes.

• Commercial portfolio management and assistance under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
• Residential possession proceedings and tenancy management on behalf of Landlords including acting for those with large portfolios.

Outside of the office
Julie spends much of her free time with her young family, and when time permits she enjoys baking and trips to the cinema.
