Kayleigh advises and represents clients in all aspects of family law related matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, including, divorce, financial provision, child arrangement disputes and urgent protection orders.

Experience

• In private children matters, with particular expertise in dealing with cases involving domestic violence, a high level of conflict and other complex issues.
• In obtaining urgent orders to protect both children and particularly vulnerable clients that have been subjected to domestic abuse.
• In assisting clients in divorce and reaching an amicable financial agreement.
• Vast advocacy experience assisting clients to achieve the best outcome at Court.

Outside of the office

Kayleigh’s favourite pastime is relaxing and recharging at a spa. She is also a foodie and enjoys exploring new cuisines.
