Jonathan’s main focus is corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has a particular specialism in the care home sector, representing several national operators. He also advises charity clients on complex restructuring and operational issues.

As Managing Partner, Jonathan is responsible for central management issues, including the firm’s overall strategy and direction.
